Spiritual Mixing
Spiritual Mixing | Limiting | De-SI |
Introduction
Spiritual Mixing also known as SI (short for spiritual infusion) is the process in which players can combine Crystal Spirits, equipment (e.g. Top), or weapons.
- The combination resulting in the replacement of sections (e.g Basic Features, Characteristics, and Appearance bonus/Set Bonus) into one piece of gear.
Prerequisites for Spiritual Mixing
In order to unlock Spiritual Mixing, players will need to talk to the "Mastery Dwarf" located at (x25, y17) in Shinjuku Babel.
- Select "Talk about Work," and he will give you a quest, entitled Where Spirits Reside.
Complete the quest and Spiritual Mixing will now be an available action when talking to the Mastery Dwarf.
Important information on SI
As mentioned above Spiritual Mixing (Spiritual Infusion or SI) allows the player to combine various equipment pieces into one.
NOTE: The ability to denote whether an item is able to be SI-ed can be found under "Enchantments" (as shown below).
- This however, is typically the exception as most items can be SI-ed.

Spiritual Infusion Slots
In Spiritual Infusion there are three slots:
- Set Bonus or Appearance Bonus [Slot 1]
- Basic Features [Slot 2]
- Characteristics [Slot 3]

In addition to the three slots mentioned above, the following are also tied to Basic Features (also known as Slot 2 ):
- Soul Fusion (or Soul Stones) under Enchantments
- Tarot Fusion (or Tarots) under Enchantments
- Modifications Slots under Mods

Important Restrictions in SI
The following are important restrictions that must be considered when performing SI on a piece of equipment for yourself or other players.
Gender and Type
- You can only mix same gender-based clothing of the same equipment type.
- Meaning you cannot place a male top stats on a female top.
- In addition, you cannot place a male top stats on male pants.
- Meaning you cannot place a male top stats on a female top.

- The only exception to the gender restriction are both Crystal Spirits and gender-less clothing as they can be added to any piece of clothing as long as they are the same type.

Weapons Types
- For weapons, you can only mix the same type of weapon.
- E.g. You cannot place a 1-handed weapon stats on a 2-handed weapon.

How to SI
- Speak with "Mastery Dwarf" located at (x25, y17) in Shinjuku Babel to begin an SI.
- The following menu will appear:

- Blue is:
- Durability + Appearance + Set Bonus (if any) + Weapon/Armor Type + Level requirement of weapon A.
- Slot 1
- Green is:
- Basic Features + Enchant Info + Modification Slot Boxes.
- If there's a level requirement in this part, it takes precedent over the level requirement of the actual weapon (Blue).
- Slot 2
- Red is:
- Characteristics.
- This means any bonuses originally placed in the item description would be placed here
- Slot 3
NOTE
- You do NOT need to use 3 different weapons or articles of clothing for Spiritual Infusion. You can double up on two slots of one item.
- Each fusion will cost a bit of macca, and has a success rate.
Successful or Failed SI
If your Spiritual Infusion is successful, that means that the weapon or clothing you have made has now acquired the other piece's stats forever.

If your Spiritual Infusion is a failure, you must re-fuse it with something else before a certain date (Usually 10 or 30 days) or it will disappear from your inventory.

Notice the slot 3 (Characteristics) of the fullness top is not useful for combat, thus it will be replaced by demon vision avatar 2.0 slot 3.

Notice how the fullness top got a purple arrow icon (as shown above).
- This means the item has undergone Spiritual Mixing, and the individual items will be listed under the "enchantments" tab

Pricing Formula
The price is determined by the purchase price of these items.
- For CP items, this is a set value of about 100,000 Macca.
- With the actual formula for the cost of spiritual mixing is (Purchase Price x 0.8 ) for each item (According to GKwiki).

- However it can also be noted that Demon = 1.2(Expertise Calc + Chain Expertise Calc) since 0.2 of (5/3) = 1/3 = 0.33 and 0.2 of (5/2) = .5 = 1/2
